Believe it or not, most people do not know the difference between cupcakes and muffins. The line between a cupcake and muffin is very thin. To us here at Tiny Cupcakes, we believe what it comes down to is frosting. If there is any sort of frosting included, then it is a cupcake. Once you add even the tiniest bit of frosting onto a muffin, it is no longer a muffin!
